Your week by zone
Tap any week in your history to see how long you spent in each zone, not just the points it earned.
What to expect
Every week in your history becomes something you can open. Tap the week heading, the way you already tap a day, and the week opens onto the breakdown behind its score: how long you spent in each zone across all seven days, what share of your training that was, and how many of the week's zone points came from each zone.
The same view your session summary gives you for one workout, one level up, for the week you actually had.
What it answers
Where the points came from. Two hundred zone points is two hundred either way, but an hour at Zone 4 and four hours at Zone 2 are not the same week, and your body knows the difference even when the number doesn't show it.
Whether the easy training is really easy. Most training plans want the bulk of your week spent low and a small slice spent hard. That is a claim about time, so it cannot be checked against a points total. Seen as hours per zone, a week that drifted into the middle is obvious at a glance.
What changed between weeks. A week that scored the same as the last one but got there from a different place is worth knowing about, whether that was the plan or not.
What it counts
Everything the week already counts. Sessions you recorded in ZonePoints and workouts imported through Health Connect both feed the breakdown, with overlapping time resolved exactly as it is for your score, so the hours here always add up to the week on your home screen.
Zone boundaries follow the zone model you have chosen, and will follow your own boundaries once Custom zones ships.
Why we're building it
The week arc is deliberately one number, because one number is what you can read on a Wednesday evening and act on. That compression is the feature.
But a number you cannot open is a number you eventually stop trusting. The training is already recorded, zone by zone, second by second — every session summary shows it. Not being able to ask the same question of a whole week is an omission rather than a decision, and it is the question people write to us about most once they have been training for a couple of months.
This is the weekly counterpart to the improved day summary: the same detail, at the level you actually plan your training on.
When it's ready
