Health Connect sync

Score Points From Other Apps

ZonePoints now integrates with Health Connect to import heart rate sessions recorded by other fitness apps like Fitbit, Garmin, and Samsung Health. Imported sessions are scored using the same zone-based system as your own recordings.

How to Enable

Open Settings and tap Health Connect to enable the integration. You will be asked to grant permission to read and write heart rate data. Once enabled, sessions are synced automatically in the background.

Export Your Sessions

Sessions you record in ZonePoints are also exported to Health Connect so other apps can access your heart rate data.
