Compare your work rate
See how your points-per-week rate stacks up anonymously, and against the people you train with.
What to expect
Two comparisons, side by side.
Against everyone, anonymously. Where your zone points rate sits in the whole ZonePoints population, and within a cohort closer to you, like your age group. No names on either side, including yours.
Against people you train with. If you’ve connected with training partners, a direct comparison of work rate among those who opted in.
Why work rate and not totals
Comparing weekly totals mostly measures free time. Work rate (points earned per hour of training) compares how hard you go when you do train, which is the part you control. Someone training four hours a week and someone training ten can both learn something from the same number.
That’s also why custom zones don’t move the scoring curve. Comparison only works if a point means the same thing for everybody.
Privacy
The population comparison is aggregate. You see a percentile, not people. Nobody you haven’t connected with sees anything identifiable. Taking part is opt-in.
