Share your workout as an image
Turn a workout or your week into an image to post or send, and choose which details it shows.
What to expect
A Share button on the workout summary, and on the week on the home screen, makes an image to post or send to anyone. It goes through your phone’s own share menu, so it reaches Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Messages and the rest, with no account to connect.
You pick the shape: a square for a feed, or a tall story for Instagram and Facebook Stories. Then you choose what goes on it, with a live preview as you go. Your zone points and how the workout went are always on it. Beside them you can show your achievements, your progress for the week, the zone breakdown, and in the story your heart rate graph. Training time, peak heart rate and calories are there too, and they start off, because health figures should be your choice to share. Your notes are never offered.
The week’s image works the same way, with your streak and the number of workouts in place of a single workout’s details. ZonePoints remembers what you chose for each, so the next one starts the way you like it.
Why we’re building it
People already screenshot their summary to show friends and training partners, and a screenshot takes whatever happens to be on the screen. An image made for sharing lets you put the numbers you care about together in one picture, and leave out the rest.
When it’s ready
It’s built and being polished. It arrives with version 1.4, together with the improved summary screen. Use Vote for this feature at the top of this page and you’ll get one email the day it ships.
