Export sessions as CSV
Export Your Heart Rate Data
You can now export any session as a CSV file and share it with spreadsheet apps, fitness tools, or any app you choose to dig deep into your heart rate data.
How to Export
Open a session summary, tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner, and select Export. The share sheet will open so you can send the file to Google Sheets, Drive, email, or any other app.
What's in the File
The CSV contains one row per heart rate reading with two columns:
- Timestamp in epoch milliseconds
- Heart rate in beats per minute
The session start date and time are included as a comment at the top of the file.
