Delete Your Synced Data

ZonePoints keeps your sessions on your phone. Only members who turn on sync across devices have a copy stored with us, and this page explains how to delete it. Deleting synced data never touches the sessions on your devices.

In the App

  1. Open the menu and choose Sync across devices.
  2. Tap Delete synced data, then Delete.

Everything stored for sync is deleted at once: your sessions and their heart rate readings, notes and activity types, your zone settings, the list of your devices, and the link between your Google Play membership and your synced data. Sync is turned off on that device.

Without the App

If you no longer have the App, email support@vercer.com with the subject Delete my synced data and include either:

  • your recovery code, shown on the App's sync screen, or
  • the Google Play order number of your membership (it starts with GPA. and is in your Google Play order history and receipt email).

We delete the data within 30 days of your request and reply to confirm.

What Happens Automatically

  • When your membership ends, sync stops, and your synced data is permanently deleted 30 days after Google Play's grace period and account hold end.
  • A session you delete in the App is removed from the sync store 30 days later.
  • Backups of the sync store are kept for no longer than 30 days, and deleted data is never restored from them.

Data that never left your phone, and diagnostics described in our privacy policy, are not affected by these steps. See the privacy policy for everything else.
