Introducing ZonePoints

Most fitness apps ask a lot of you before they give anything back. Create an account. Confirm your email. Pick a plan. Start a workout, stop a workout, remember to hit save. Then decode a dashboard full of numbers that don't quite tell you whether the session was actually worth it.

We wanted the opposite. So we built ZonePoints.

One number for effort

ZonePoints takes your heart rate and turns every workout into a single score: your Zone Points. It combines how hard you worked with how long you sustained it, so a short, brutal interval session can be worth as much as a long, steady one. It's the total training effort, in one honest number.

That's it. No comparing pace across different runs, no guessing whether a hilly hike "counts." If your heart worked, you score.

No accounts. No ads. On your device.

You don't need to sign up, hand over an email, or create an account to use ZonePoints. Open the app, connect a Bluetooth heart rate sensor, and tap start. By default, your data stays on your device — nothing leaves your phone unless you explicitly turn on cloud backup.

There are no ads, and we don't sell your identity. We think a tool that measures your health should respect your privacy by default.

No start and stop buttons

ZonePoints knows when you're warming up, training, or resting, based on your heart rate. Only real training time counts toward your score, so there's nothing to manage mid-workout. Just move.

A weekly target you can actually hit

Instead of a rigid daily goal, ZonePoints gives you a weekly Zone Points target. Miss a day? Catch up before Sunday. Research shows that as long as you get the work in across the week, you see similar benefits to spreading it out evenly. It's a target built for real life.

What's next

We're building ZonePoints in the open. An iPhone version is in progress, and we're working on richer history, custom zones, and guided interval workouts. The best way to shape what comes next is to vote on our roadmap.

Thanks for being here at the start.
